Located at 416 Dahlonega Street since its construction in 1934, this houses one of Cumming’s auspicious mayors, Mayor Roy Otwell. The house has a variety of architectural styles. The style is mainly English Vernacular high style with Colonial Revival elements, Tuscan columns, and Tudor arched doors. The youngest house on this list, but the residents of Cumming holds Mayor Otwell in high esteem.
